Change The Home Page In Internet Explorer v7.0

Are you saying you do the change and reboot and it returns to something
else?
Do you have something (anti-spyware) installed keeping this for you?
Perhaps your Internet Security Suite (if you have one) etc..?

Change the home page. Open IE, Click Tools on the far right of the toolbar
and then, from the drop down menu, click Internet Options. In the Home Page
section you should see http://www.msn.com. Delete this and then type
http://www.google.com. Click the OK button. When you go to your home page,
by clicking the little 'house icon' in IE Googles home page should open

In IE. try Tools>Internet Options> General tab. In "Home page"box near top,
type in url of desired page (For Google, it's http//www.google.com). Note:
I have IE6 and this holds for my page.
