I'm having problems with Norton Anti Virus. They tell me
to run the Windows Cleanup Utility. I don't see one for
Windows XP. Is there one or is there a way to accomplish
the same with XP?

Sometimes, if you've had a previous Symantec product installed
and then uninstalled remnants are left in the Registry that can gum
up a "Fresh" install or update. Go to their site and download either
RNAV or RNIS, small applications that clean up the Registry keys.
Don't run these if you currently have a Symantec product running
on your system and you are not uninstalling it.
They are designed to clean up after uninstalling Norton/Symantec
software products. After running reboot and retry your install.

If they're referring to the Disk Cleanup utility, go to My Computer,
right-click on teh drive and choose Properties. In the capacity section,
there's a Disk Cleanup button.
