Adobe Reader 6.0 was recently installed on my computer
and I am now having some problems getting Adobe files.

When I try to open a .pdf file such as on my Econ 101
webCT site, Windows Installer pops up and says preparing
to install. It then says it is installing but then
Microsoft Windows Journal Viewer pops up and says "The
feature you are trying to use is on a network resource
that is unavailable". I then press cancel and the
installer pops up again and goes through the same thing.
Also when I try to cancel Windows installer the same
thing happens.

This has also happened when I installed other new
programs on the computer.
What do I do to make this stop??????

Uninstall Adobe Reader, then download it again from Adobe's Website,
reinstall it, reboot, and load Adobe for first time to see that it
works.
