Windows Installer Message Keeps Flashing At Me

Hi, I recently found that on trying to install a CD some errors came up and I
lost move of my Windows Program files. I ran a restore which seemed to fix
the problem, I have most of the programs back however the 'Windows Installer'
dialog box keeps flashing up at me for just a second, every time I toggle
between pages on the net or even as I open up new windows.

Does anyone know how to help ? Would love to figure out how I can get rid of
it, its driving me nuts.

Hi,
You need to clean up the program that the installer is trying to install
when the dialog box pops up.(a reinstall of this program may or may not be
needed).
