Windows Installer Launches at Startup

After installing the service packs for FP2000, every time
I start the program the windows installer asks for the
FP2000 SR-1 cd to complete installation. I insert the cd
and it completes what it needs to do, but upon reboot and
opening FP2000 again, it asks again for the setup disks.
Help!!!!!!!!!!
 
Run a repair and then do a re-install making sure everything is check to run
from computer.
