Windows Installer EXE file

I got an error generated by WINDOWS INSTALLER - files could not be found.
What is the exe file for Windows Installer (Task manager doesn't show the
exe file)? The install processes was iniated by winzip self-extracter for
installations.

msiexec.exe

The error message, however, does not mean that the installer is missing, it
most likely means that the installer cannot locate the target files. This
usually occurs when temp folders are full or overflowing with old garbage.
