Ok, how? When an error message box normally pops up for something els
you get the choice to report the problem... in the Windows hose proces
(Rundll32) has stopped working box, I don't get any option like that.

To be honest, I don't really recall seeing any of these on my Vist
comp... only on my XP ones.

Or am I getting the wrong idea here

This probably means that you need to start the wer service (windows error
reporting).Type `Services` in the instant-search box of the start menu in
vista and click on the name of the program found.On-screen instructions will
show you how to start the service.

What are the specific details for that crash according to the Problem
Reports and Solutions Center control panel? That has the specifics for the
event that would be much more illuminative. =)

Zoloft, I tried it... and it didn't work.

Hiren, I don't think I get what you mean. I typed "serivces" in th
start/search box and then clicked on the Services icon that came up i
the list... it then opens up a list of programs etc... what do I d
then

Yes,you went to the correct program. Now,in order to start the wer service
(windows error
reporting),first scroll down through the list of services (sorted
alphabetically) and look for `Windows Error Reporting service`.From the
`Action` menu, click `start`.The next time when you see the error, report it.

Hiren... it then opens up a list of programs etc... what do I do
then?
