windows firewall

when i try to start my windows firewall im getting this message windows
cannot start the/internet connection sharing service

Do start->run->msinfo32[enter]

Expand the expand software environment branch then click on the services
branch. Press ctrl-a then ctrl-c to copy the data then paste it back here.
