Windows Firewall

I used to know how to do this, but I have forgotten how. I am trying
to completely turn off Windows Firewall, and make it so my kids, and
wife don't try to turn it back on... I know that I have to go into
Group Policies and what not but after that I forget where to go and
what to turn off...
