Windows Firewall Problem

C

Candace Sparks

I tried to install Symantec AV Corp Ed today on an XP Pro SP2 computer,
software could not find the Antivirus server. I opened the windows firewall
to create port exceptions and noticed that the Windows Firewall options are
grayed out. The firewall is on, but cannot be changed. I look on the SBS
2003 server and checked group policy editor, and anything concerning windows
firewall is not configured. I checked other computers on the network with
the same results.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your help in advance!
