Windows File Protection Error Messages After Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Install

I recieve a Windows File protection error message after
installing Service Pack 4. "Files that are required for
Windows to run properly have been replaced by
unrecongnized versions. To maintain system stability,
windows must restore the original versions of these files.

Insert your Windows 2000 Professional CD Now"

Is this really what I should do? I am concerned that if I
insert the original CD after installing the service pack
that I will end up with compatability issues.

Any thoughts?

For some unknown reason a second reboot resolved the
problem with the error message. Not sure why, maybe SP4
was not in cache the first time to fix itself. Not really
sure.
