Windows Fax - Retry Send after Line Busy

Windows XP, built in Fax -- doesn't appear there's a setting to Retry
Send after Line Busy automatically -- after so many seconds or minutes?
Is there? When I right click on the fax that did not get sent, the
Restart is grayed. Thanks.
 
Found the solution, accidentally. Right click on the item in the
Outbox. Click Pause, then click Restart, which will now be in black.
Hope this helps others who have this question.
