Windows Explorer

When I open Windows Explorer it displays 'My Computer' first and it is
not expanded. It shows 'My Documents' next and it is expanded. How can I
switch this around?

I want My Computer to be expanded.

I want My Documents to not be there. I tri3ed deleting the short-cut, but
then the next time I open Explorer it's back.
