I had previously downloaded IE7 Beta.
I then upgraded Windows XP Home to Windows XP Explorer and now when I try to
run IE, I get error message "The procedure entry point
InternetGetSecurityInfoByURLW could not be located in the dynamic link
library WININET.dll"

If I try to re-install IE7 I get error saying it already exists and to use
Control Panel to remove it, but it doesn't appear in uninstall list.

What can I do.

To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 and return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP:

1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list to "Windows XP - Software Updates," select "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview," and then click
"Change/Remove."
5. If "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2" does not exist,
run: %windir%\$NtUninstallie7bet2p$\spuninst\spuninst.exe
(To do this, you need to have "view hidden folders" enabled.)

I didn't find any reference to IE7 or IE6 and
%windir%\$NtUninstallie7bet2p$\spuninst\spuninst.exe didn't work
