In windows explorer, all toolbars have been hidden -- no
address bar, no menu bar, no icon bar, no status bar. How
do I restore the Windows Explorer defaults? Right-
clicking does nothing except allow me to close Explorer.
 
Full screen keyboard shortcut, like in Internet Explorer and some other
apps.
