Windows EXplorer Woes

Hi All,

A few days ago an issue has arose with my Windows Explorer - when I click on
"My Computer", the little flashlight comes on and it keeps on searching...and
nothing comes up?

the program doesn't actually hang...it just can't find my drives?

How do I resolve this?

have you run some virus and spyware scans first

Yes, done them both - no viruses or spyware detected.

Same thing if you press WinKey+E ?

If so and your comfortable with using Regedit, I can post the values
for {20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}
which is the CLSID for "My Computer"

Was the WIA service hanging that caused the probleme
