windows explorer - unable in any of my folders to select all or highlight first then hold shift key

hi this has happen once before, it straightened itself out, not this
time.... has anyone else had this problem and fixed it, or is this,
well I know its a bug, but able to undo the problem.. One think I know
I took a full bkup before the problem existed,. restored full computer
but problem still existed after, so it must have made changes to files
system, on my partitions and other drive as well

Sorry found someone elses question on this after.... Miller MVP answer
to delete the bag key fixed the problem
