Since few months ago my windows explorer does not startup automatically, I
always need to type ALT+CTL+DEL and start new task. I didn't find startup
repair in the tools avaiables in the installation CD which comes with my
Samsung lap bougth in a supposed reliable shop, as recommended for somebody.
Are there any other solution?

Yes, there are other solutions. Here are a few suggestions:

1. First be absolutely certain your computer is virus/malware-free since
infection can definitely cause your symptoms. If you do Step 2 below on an
infected machine, you won't solve anything.

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

2. If the machine is clean, use this method to fix winlogon from MVP Rick
Rogers:

The shell entry may be damaged in the registry. From Task Manager, click
'new task' on the applications tab. Type regedit and click ok. Agree to the
UAC prompt, then expand the branches to reach this one:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Click on the Winlogon key, then on the right find the "shell" string. Double
click it, change the value data to read "explorer.exe" (without the quotes)
and click ok. Then close the registry editor and restart the system by
entering another new task as 'shutdown /r'.

3. For people who only have a restore image - Windows Vista Recovery Disc
Download:
http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/

You can create a bootable cd (burn an .iso as an image, not as data) with
this download so you can get the startup repair options not available in
your recovery disks from Samsung. This download is free and would be A Good
Thing to have in your toolbox for emergencies in any case.
