windows explorer shuts down

When I right click on any drive (ie to check
properties/size of drive), explorer shuts down, and
sometimes I get the error message also "Explorer has
encountered a problem etc....". I can right click on any
folder OK. Help! Win XP Home.

Hi Gale,

Have you recently installed a copy of Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6.0 with the
Drag-to-Disc feature?
