Windows Explorer question

Hi group,

Windows Explorer shows 25 items on desktop, but there are 30 icons. Anybody
know why five are missing in the Explorer window?

Using Windows Vista Home Premium.

Vista actually has two desktop folders, one is under your username and the
other is in Public. They are merged for display.
