Windows Explorer question

Hello group,

Windows Explorer shows 25 items on my desktop, but there are 30 icons there.
Anybody know why?

I have Vista Home Premium. Lots of RAM, etc.

Either you or Vista doesn't know how to count?

I think Explorer doesn't count things like "Computer" "User"
"Network" ...
