Windows Explorer preview pane

When I installed XP Windows Explorer showed a preview pane on the left (file sizes, other
attributes, etc.) and I subsequently turned that off. Now I want to display it again but cannot find
the appropriate options/settings.

Help please?
 
hi gargoy, try this

Start, Control Panel.
double-click Folder Options.
on the General tab, under Tasks, click
Show common tasks in folders.
