Windows Explorer File Folder

When windows Explorer is opened, no data is displayed in
the Tree View box, on the left side of the screen. A solid
inaccessable Grey Box is displayed, If either History, or
Media folder is selected, the folder option will display
the contents of the last selected item. (History or Media)
