Windows Explorer encounters error

When I swithed over to AT &T high speed DSL, i am getting
a message while im browsing websites : 'Windows Explorer
has encountered an error. has to shut down. sorry for the
inconvinience." While the connection to DSL is active,
the browser gets shut down and again i have to click on
to explorer for browsing. This has not happend when I
have a dial up connection on AOL. I tried various
methods to correct, but failed. The details of message
of error are: App name : explorer.exe, App ver:
6.0.2800.1106, Mod Name: mshtml.dll, Mod ver
6.0.2800.1170, offset 000b4430

Could any one help me in correcting this problem.
