Windows Explorer default folder views

How do you change the default for all folders all the time
to be list or details view?
 
Hi

Open Windows Explorer then set List/Details from the View menu. Then go to
Tools>Folder Options>View and click on 'Apply to All Folders'.

Open Explorer, set the folder view to the view you wish, then go to Tools,
select Folder Options, go to the View tab, click "Apply to All Folders,"
click apply and ok.
 
Open windows explorer, browse to any one folder, make it look like u want
every folder to be and then goto Tools menu --> Folder Options --> View Tab
and click the button titled "Apply to all folders" - that should do it.
