Whenever I click on a network location in windows explorer to explore it's
contents, my machine continues to refresh the display in explorer, it seems
a few times each second which basically brings my machine down to it's
knees... making it really hard to actually do any work at all within the
explorer window and in some cases has caused me to have to do a cold boot.
Has anyone had this type of a problem before and if so what was the
resolution? It does not do this at all when exploring a local drive.
I should mention that this is not a mapped drive. It's part of the network
neighbourhood - network locations...
Thanks, Brad
