Windows explorer command icon, Show Desktop.

My Show Desktop icon has somehow popped out of the taskbar and has planted
itself onto my desktop. I have tried to drag and drop it onto the taskbar
with no luck. I have rightclicked the taskbar to see if I could get it to go
back to the taskbar with no luck. How do I get the icon back to the taskbar
where it belongs??

Do you have any icons now showing in Quick Launch toolbar?
Enable Quick Launch toolbar. then drag to QL bar.

Hello,

First unlock the taskbar by right-clicking on it and unchecking "lock taskbar" and then try to drag
the icn back to the quick launch bar.

No I didn't, and that was my problem. Didn't know I had to unlock it . It
solved my little problem, Thank you!!!

Yes my Quick launch was showing other icons. I simply didn't know that I had
to unlock the taskbar in order to drag that silly icon back into place. DUH!!
