Windows Explorer and other things

Where is Windows Explorer in Vista? If I type "Windows Explorer" in HELP,
the Help function tells me nothing about Windows Explorer. Instead, it
discusses Internet Explorer and many other things not related to Windows
Explorer.

On another subject, I keep reading comments regarding the "All Programs"
item in the Start menu. I see "Programs" listed in the Vista Start menu,
but not "All Programs". Isn't the Vista "Programs" function the same thing
as the "All Programs" function in XP?

Thank you for clarifying.

If you are seeing "Programs" vs. "All Programs" you must have your start
menu set to classic. I am afraid that windows explorer is gone by the
wayside in Vista like so many other "things" not to sure thought as I have
only had Vista for two days now and it is driving Me crazy!

explorer.exe

Create shortcut and put on desktop or pin to start menu or add to quick launch, etc.

Click Start, Run. In the Run box, type explorer.exe. Windows Explorer will
open. It also should appear as an icon in the Accessories folder (Start, All
Programs, Accessories). New icon, not the folder thingy.

Just right click My Computer or the Start Button and select Explore.
You can also right click any User associated folder (Files,Pictures,
Music etc etc)

Windows Explorer has not "gone by the wayside in Vista".
