When I am trying to run Windows Explore, I am getting
error message:
Explorer.EXE - Application Error

The instruction at "0x02493040" referenced memory
at "0x02493040". The memory could not be "read".

Any help

That error message doesn't help anything. The problem can be almost
anything. Typical reasons are problems with display drivers, viruses,
spyware etc. So use windowsupdate and apply all critcal patches, scan for
viruses, check for display driver updates and scan for spyware.
