I have a batch file that I want to convert to an exe package. I had
recently used a windows inbuilt program for this purpose but I cannot
remember the name of the program anymore. The program runs from the
'run' prompt. If anyone knows the name of the program, please let me
know.

P.S.: I think it starts with an i, something like 'iexplore' or
something.

I dont think there is a built-in command for this but try http://www.battoexe.com/

There is no thing in XP(if there is then why the site is selling the program ?).. i
think you used some command line tool of WinZip to make a SFX.
