I am getting two different errors that is preventing the use of my printer/fax, and also my ethernet connection. The first error is "Dot4.sys" (for printer) the second is RTL8130.sys for ethernet connection. Both tell me that I need to put in the CD-ROM for wxp which I never received from hp. I am using an hp pavilion 512w with a built in reinstall which I recently had to use. Where do I find those missing files and how do I retrieve them without having a resource cd?

Thanks in advance!

Sounds as if you're missing the driver files.
You could download the files from each of the hardware vendor's sites then
install them on the problem PC.

Here is the site for the network card driver (looks like you have a Realtek
network card).

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloads1-3.aspx?Keyword=8130

You could do the same with the printer.

Hope that helps
