Windows Error BSoD Category 102 Event 1003, Need Help

I've done lots of searching and can't find any information on my specific
problem.

I get a Blue Screen of Death when trying to install applications. I can't
catch the problem when it's happening on the blue screen because it's too
fast. Under my event viewer I have two errors that happen are nearly the
same time when it crashes.

For example, yesterday.
3/16/2007 6:55:03 PM Service Control Manager - Event 7034
The NVIDIA Display Driver Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has
done this 1 time(s).

3/16/2007 6:55:16 PM System Error - Category 102 Event 1003
Error code 1000000a, parameter1 320d000d, parameter2 0000000a, parameter3
00000001, parameter4 8052aba4.
