You need to purchase through an authorized distributer such as Avnet or Arrow Electronics, and sign an CLA to be able to update the product. You CAN download a time bombed (120 days) evalution version though without going through all that if you just want to check it out. XPe as I have found is a different animal from Microsoft tools in this regard. Gene
