Windows Email setup

I am a newbee to this email setup thing - I have Time Warner Cable for
internet service via broadband.
Need to to know what to put for incoming email server info and outgoing
email server

Call Time Warner (AOL) and ask

Time Warner has several divisions (RoadRunner, AOL, former-Adelphia, etc.).
You will need to know which niche you fit in before we can help you.

Also, their RoadRunner service uses mail servers names that depend on your
geographic location.
