Windows Easy transfer problem with Language

After i send via network the easy transfer files to my oldcomputer XP and run
the migwiz.exe and migwizsetup.exe i keep seen this message
"This version of windows easy transfer does not support this Windows Language"

Yes i am spanish and my Xp is in spanish language, itried to set all back to
english but didnt work...
Is there any way round this one? for example , can i use old migwiz from XP _?
