Windows domain controllers not synchronising

Dear All,
All servers have the netlogon share.. now what I've found
is that if I copy a file into server A, it is not
replicated to the others. If I copy a file onto server B
then it just reaches server C and not A.. if I copy a file
onto the netlogon of server C, once again it goes nowhere.
I have no idea what is happening here and there is no
error in the logs! Anyone have any idea of what could be
happening?
I have checked each of these machines and there is a
SYSVOL and NETLOGON share set up on each one..
Any ideas would be great.. thanks
Alan

Are the system clocks set to the same time/time zone? Can you force a sync?

Some more info would be helpful, such as if these dc's are all in the same
AD site or multiple sites, if you see replication connections objects for
these in sites/services and if you create a "test user account" on each dc
where that replicates too (to test AD replication). Also if you make some
small policy change on a dc does that replicate out (to test "file
replication" with sysvol changes). If replication was really broken, I'd be
surprised to not see some sort of errors somewhere.
Also run Dcdiag /v and Netdiag /v on each dc to see what they say as well
as "repadmin /showreps" to see your connections.
