Windows Defender Log Files?

Hi . . . Can anyone please tell me where I can find Windows Defender scan
results?

Thank you in advance for your help.
 
If any action is needed--it'll be right up there in front of you, or in the
history. Scan start and finish are logged in the System event log with
source "windefend."
