Maybe a distribution problem? My update to 1.18.2549.5 came through in
Northern California. From the Calendar of Updates site, I'd expect another
signature distribution later today which should take care of your problem.
The update listed there is from the malware protection center portal but it
lists the version as 1.18.2621.7 as of today. You could always get that
distribution manually at the portal, but you'd be getting the entire engine
and signature, which could be painful on dialup.
