Windows Date/Time Properties - Calendar Week Definition

Trevor Young

When you double-click on the clock on the toolbar,
the "Date/Time Properties" window comes up, where you can
change the time and date, and even your time zone. By
default, the calendar shows in the standard US format,
with weeks beginning on Sunday and ending on Saturday.

Now, I know that many countries don't think of a week like
that. Some countries define a "calendar week" as
beginning on Monday and ending on Sunday, so I presume
that Bill put in an option somewhere to change the
definition of a calendar week. I just can't find it.

I don't actually live in one of those countries that has a
Monday-Sunday week. (If I did, I imagine I would already
know how to change it, or else the Monday-Sunday week
would be the default.) But my job requires me to think in
terms of a Monday-Sunday week, and it would be nice if I
could conform the Windows calendar to my frame of mind.

Thanks.
