Windows Contacts and Outlook 2007

Is there a way to access Windows Contacts through Outlook 2007 without
having to do an import? For instance, I was in Window Contacts, and I clicked
on e-mail, but it wouldn't open anything. Is there a way to make Outlook the
default e-mail program for Windows Contacts? I have Office 2007 and Windows
2007.
