Windows configures DAO

Hello; whenever I run a DAO object from a VB module within Access 2003, I
first get a message "Please wait while Windows configures DAO". After about
30 seconds "Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product DAO. The
Windows Installer cannot continue". Then my module continues, same thing
occurs whether in step debug mode or full run. I have run Access repair from
the CD, and checked that all components are installed. Any suggestions will
be appreciated.

While Access is not running, try re-registering DAO by typing something like
this at the command prompt:
regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\dao\dao360.dll"
