Windows CardSpace error

Greetings all!

I'll get right to it. After I installed the newest version of .net, I
noticed the 'CardSpace' icon under the User Accounts section of the control
panel. When I click on it, my PC pauses for a bit then I get an error stating
"class not registered". Another message comes up that tells me to check the
event log. I do, and it gives me this under the CardSpace log entry: (Sorry
its so long, I copied and pasted the entire text. Hope it means something to
someone.)

"The Windows CardSpace service is too busy to process this request. User
has too many outstanding requests.

And there you have it. I have never used CardSpace before. I have read of
similar problems on the tablet PC, but thats not what my computer is. I'm
using a desktop PC. With Windows XP SP2 if that makes any difference. If you
need any more details please feel free to ask. Thank you all for your time.
