Windows cannot find 'Error'

Hi, every time I start up with Windows XP Professional I
get the annoying message "Windows cannot
find 'Error'...". I presume some file named 'Error' has
been accidentally deleted. Is there any way of retrieving
this file or getting a 'new' one installed?

Feel free to email me any suggestions
([email protected]) but make sure to mark the Subject
clearly as Hotmail has a nasty case of putting everything
into junkmail!

You have to Sherlock what is starting with Windows on your computer.
Here is a link to where you can look up the items you find by using
msconfig:
