my pc has been crashing for the past few days, each time, a blue screen
appears that says "windows is shutting down to prevent damage to computer"
and an error message. when i try to restart my computer, it wouldn't allow me
to. i have to unplug the power to restart my computer. once i managed to
start it again, occasionally the blue screen appears with an error message:
unmountable_boot_volume. how can i resolve this? help me!
