Windows Backup/Task Scheduler

Recieving an error code 0x8004130f: No account information could be found in the Task Scheduler security database for the task indicated. Microsoft says they have a fix for it but I am unable to find it anywhere. If someone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
