Our Windows autoreboots after bluescreen error. Can't boot
into safe mode either without the same thing happening

Hi Dale,

What does the bluescreen error say? If it goes to quickly, disable the
autoreboot behavior (control panel/system/advanced tab, click on startup and
recovery settings, uncheck the autorestart on system failure option).

We don't have access to windows so can't disable
autoreboot as far as our knowledge can muster. Is there a
way via command prompt.

Hi,

No, have you tried chkdsk /r from the recovery console yet?
