For Problem 4:

See if the file ipnathlp.dll is present in the following folder:

%SystemRoot%\System32\

If the file is missing, extract a new copy from source.

%SystemRoot%\System32\ refers to the Windows\System32 folder

This may be any of the locations depending on which drive you installed
Windows.

C:\Windows\System32\
or
D:\Windows\System32\

Open the above folder, and see if the file ipnathlp.dll is present. If it's
missing, copy the file from %Systemroot%\ServicePackFiles\i386 folder or
"expand" from the Windows XP CD, which ever is the recent version.

Dear Mr. Ramesh,
as suggested by you i searched the file found it in C:\Windows System32. as
i have a d drive with 2000 the file is there also. so the problem still
persists. i have uninstaled Norton Antivirus thinking that is the problem ,
but not so.

I would really appreciate if you would kindly write to me at my email a
solution. i hope i would not have to unistall and reinstall all windows.

thanks and expecting a reply
