Windows Auto Update For Non-Administrator User

Does anyone know how to allow Windows Auto Update operate
for users of XP with non-administator accounts. The
current blaster attack caused additional work when we had
to sign on to each PC as administrator to install the
patch that was available through auto update.
 
Did you try giving the user "full control" to the WINNT
Folder or the the boot partition. You would think there
would be a "run as" option, as your problem is likely a
common one.
