"Windows and Buttons" Settings

The Windows XP "Windows and Buttons" Settings Are Not
Available anymore, when I'm in the display properties
dialogue box, under the appearance tab. The only one there
is the Windows classic.
 
ok....and what is it you want with a "Windows and
Buttons" Settings?
