Windows Administrator Password

I am not sure exacly what my girl friend did but she can not log onto her
computer. It asks for the Windows Administrator Password, in whitch she can
not remember. Is there a way to bypass it. I already tried going into safe
mode and that does not work, it still asks for Admin. password.
Any help is much appriciated.

The default password for the Administrator account is blank (no password).
